SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped via any of the transport companies with which IMPLANT PROTESIS DENTAL 2004, S.L. (IPD GROUP) has an active contract.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 5:30 PM and on Fridays before 4:30 PM will be shipped the same day. If placed later, the shipment will be processed the next day.

Shipping costs: The shipping costs will be those reflected in the order. When the user-customer adds the product to the cart and confirms the shipping address and schedule, the system will automatically display the shipping price.

Shipping address: Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Therefore, the provider assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete data provided by the user or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the assigned shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient.

IPD GROUP will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the timeframe specified on our website at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery times: Delivery times are typically between 24/72 hours depending on the product, destination location, schedule, and chosen payment method. This timeframe is valid provided that the service availability has been confirmed and full payment has been verified. For products not available at the time of purchase, our Customer Service team can provide information on availability.

If you have ordered multiple products in a single order, please note that they may have different availability dates, in which case you may receive them on different dates. If any of the items are unavailable at the time of shipment, you have the right to cancel the order at any time before shipping by contacting our Customer Service at the following email address: info@ipd2004.de and providing the order number.

RETURNS:

Right of Withdrawal: The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without any penalty for doing so. The full refund of the returned product must be made to the consumer within 30 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the user/consumer.

Regarding return shipping costs, these will be borne by the user-consumer. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not subject to any formalities. The consumer is only responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, without limiting their right to exercise this option.

To exercise this right, you must contact the provider's customer service at +34 93 278 84 91 with your order number (to obtain a refund within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days following the receipt of the order). After this period, you may only request a return or exchange for technical reasons covered by the product warranty.

The product must be returned with all the elements it was delivered with, without damages or signs of wear and tear, and without any indication of improper use. The return should be sent to the address provided.

It is recommended to return the product in its original packaging; if this is not possible, the product may suffer depreciation. The customer is responsible for the packaging and protection of the returned products, as well as for the costs associated with the return shipment.

As long as the products are returned within 30 calendar days, without damage or signs of wear, and in compliance with the requirements set in this section, the full product price will be refunded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that involve:

  • The provision of services once fully executed, if the execution began with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and user, who acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed.
  • The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that, after delivery, and given their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
  • The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when execution has begun with the prior explicit consent of the consumer and user, who acknowledged that they would lose their right of withdrawal as a result.

Return Due to an Order Error by IMPLANT PROTESIS DENTAL 2004, S.L.:

If the product does not match the order due to an error attributable to the company, the user must notify the company by email as soon as possible. IMPLANT PROTESIS DENTAL 2004, S.L. will cover the costs of collecting the erroneously sent product and delivering the correct one.

Return Verification:

IMPLANT PROTESIS DENTAL 2004, S.L. will verify and check the returned products upon receipt at their facilities. If any required elements are missing, the company will notify the user in writing via email indicating the missing contents.

REFUNDS:

When a return is made (or withdrawal is exercised), the amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer-user. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 calendar days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
